To Gene, Cory, and the entire crew!!!

I guess words cannot adequately describe the most heartfelt thanks and gratitude I have towards you and your crews in the restoration of my home in Perrysburg this past summer.  As you all know, I had a terrible flood from a broken water hose in early June.  After the initial clean up and dealing with the emotional toll of the devastation, the rebuilding process was to ensue.

At that time it felt like the whole world had come collapsing down on me and the worry of how this was all going to get repaired was always on my mind.  You never know how this will affect you until… “it happens to you”.  It did happen to me.  Everyone from Gene, Cory, and all the crews were stupendous in their compassion, humor, patience, and meticulous attention to detail in this recovery process.  As the old saying goes… “I can’t say enough about you!!”

Everything I could possibly hoped for in answering all my concerns and questions in how each repair was to be done was answered professionally and in a timely manner.  When little quirks would come up in a particular part of the restoration process, it was handled with the utmost attention and promptly.  Your entire restoration crew did a MAGNIFICENT job in all their crafts and attention to detail.  Please make sure they get a chance to read my appreciation here in this letter.  They were all great, pleasant, and meticulous in what they did.  They did everything I had requested to be done in a professional manner and respectful to my needs in the recovery.  You have a fantastic bunch of guys working for your company.  The fruits of their labors show and they should feel proud each and every day of their gifts that they have.

Once again… to ALL OF YOU!, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care and concern and diligent efforts to restore my Home to a beautiful place that “You” and “I” can be proud of once again.  You are amazing people and I will never forget what you did for me.  Thank You!!

This is to let you know that when I had a kitchen fire in May of 2008, I did not know who to call for help.  I was given your business’s phone number along with a list of others.  I called American Builder first and was happy I did.  From the moment they came out to check the damage, they had gotten started on taking care of the damage.  They promptly took charge and got people out to pack up all of my personal property to send out to get cleaned from all the smoke damage, they took care of rebuilding my kitchen and putting my house back in order.  When they were done, I was amazed that you could not tell there was a fire.  I was so glad I had called American Builders first.  They took care of everything!  Thanks again for all you did making me feel confident in all the work that went into this event.
